Terms & Conditions

 

1. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. Please inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time to ensure a smooth check-in process.

 

  • Check-Out: Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

 

2. Reservations and Payment

  • Booking Confirmation: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Full payment is required 3 days before the check-in date. For some bookings, a pre-payment of 50% of the room price may be required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 3 days before check-in or on the day of arrival.

 

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), debit cards, and cash. The name on the credit card must match the name of the guest checking in.

 

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 3 days before the check-in date are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in will incur a charge equivalent to the full payment of the reservation.

 

  • Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 3-day cancellation deadline. Refunds for cancellations made before the deadline will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

 

4. Modifications

  • Changes to Reservations: Any modifications to your reservation must be communicated to us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

5. Security Deposit

  • Deposit Amount: A security deposit of $100 to $200 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the room and any incidental charges incurred during your stay.

 

6. Room Policy

  • Occupancy: The maximum number of guests per room is limited and varies by room type. Please ensure compliance with the room’s maximum occupancy rules.

 

  • Extra Beds: Extra beds are available upon request and are subject to availability. Due to space limitations, only some rooms can accommodate extra bedding. Charges may apply. Cribs for infants are available free of charge upon request.

 

7. Child Policy

Children on all ages are weelcome at the Airport Whyalla Motel

  • Infants: One infant (under 2 years) stays free of charge when using existing bedding. A crib or baby cot is available upon request.

 

  • Children Aged 2 to 12: Children aged 2 to 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Extra charges may apply if additional bedding is required.

 

  • Teenagers Aged 13 and Above: Teenagers aged 13 and above are considered additional guests and extra charges may apply.

 

8. Behavior and Conduct

  • Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their behavior and that of their visitors. Any damage to the property or disturbances may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without a refund.

 

  • Noise and Conduct: Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum and adhering to the motel’s rules regarding conduct and behavior.

 

9. Pets

  • Pet Policy: Pets are welcome at the Airport Whyalla Motel. A one-time cleaning fee will be charged for each stay with a pet.

 

  • Damage Deposit: A damage deposit will be collected upon arrival for guests bringing pets. This deposit will be refunded after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the room for any pet-related damage.

 

  • Pet Guidelines: Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier while on the property. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring that pets do not disturb other guests.

 

10. Smoking

  • Non-Smoking Policy: All rooms and indoor areas of the Airport Whyalla Motel are non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms.

 

  • Designated Smoking Areas: Guests who wish to smoke are welcome to do so outside their rooms. Ashtrays are provided outside each room for your convenience.

 

  • Compliance: Please ensure that smoking is confined to designated outdoor areas to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

 

11. Liability

  • Property Liability: The motel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure their valuables and ensure that doors are locked when leaving the room. 

 

  • Vehicle Security: Guests are responsible for securing their vehicles and ensuring they are locked at all times. The motel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left in cars.

  • Early Check-In: Requests for early check-in should be made at the time of booking or as soon as possible before your arrival. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

  • Room Extensions: If you wish to extend your stay beyond the original checkout date, please contact us as early as possible. Extensions are subject to room availability and may involve additional charges.
